Large Homemade Cheesecake #1
Large homemade cheesecake with strawberries. Forty 40 ounces of real cream cheese, six eggs, and heavy cream, among other ingredients. The shortbread crust contains fresh lemon zest. Resplendent on any table, it is bedecked with fresh strawberries and sometimes other fruit, and is dripping with freshly made strawberry sauce. Very pretty on a pedestal cake plate, it makes an indulgence for your office staff, end-of-year gift to special teachers and coaches, or a rich dessert for a dinner party.
