Colleen Theis is one of Pratt’s two kindergarten teachers. This is her 23rd year of teaching in Minneapolis schools.

Welcome to Pratt Community School I have spent most of my 23 years of teaching in grades K,1st and 3rd. I began teaching in 1986 after graduating from St. Cloud State University. I earned my MA degree from St. Thomas University in 1990. This year I have started the year with K/1st, 29 students entered my classroom.

Homework comes home on “Monday” it is due on “Wednesday”.

First grade will get a spelling word list each “Monday” test is on “Friday”
